The intense cocoa notes blend harmoniously with the rich roasted aromas of the coffee, creating an exceptionally well-balanced flavour with remarkable depth and character. The wild cocoa comes from the seasonally flooded forests along the Amazon River in northern Brazil, where the cocoa pods ripen beneath the canopy of towering rainforest trees in a unique microclimate. Their sustainable harvest provides a livelihood for around 300 local harvesting families. Crafted using traditional chocolate-making techniques and exceptional ingredients, every bar offers a truly authentic, intense, and characterful chocolate experience.
