As a family-run company in its fourth generation, we have stood for the highest quality, genuine craftsmanship and a passion for exceptional confectionery since 1898. Today we combine our rich history with an innovative, modern approach and operate internationally.

Our standard has never changed: we use selected raw materials of the highest quality, preferably from the region, and process them according to traditional recipes with great craftsmanship. This creates specialities with an unadulterated, distinctive taste. Just as important as the quality of our specialities are our employees. With their enthusiasm, expertise and passion for the craft, they shape Gmeiner and contribute significantly to our success.
