Handcrafted from carefully selected ingredients, our premium 71% dark chocolate is made from the beans of wild cocoa trees growing in the seasonally flooded forests along the Amazon River in northern Brazil. Its high cocoa content showcases the exceptional origin of the cocoa, revealing a complex flavour profile with rich cocoa notes, subtle fruit nuances, and delicate roasted aromas. The wild cocoa pods ripen beneath the canopy of towering rainforest trees, where a unique microclimate allows them to develop their distinctive aroma. At the same time, their sustainable harvest provides a livelihood for around 300 local harvesting families. Crafted using traditional chocolate-making techniques and exceptional ingredients, every bar offers a truly authentic, sustainable, and characterful chocolate experience.
